Pooja Wadhwa

Marketing professional with 16 years of experience in Luxury Brand Marketing, Public Relations, Consultative Sales, and Client Servicing.
Pooja managed sales, marketing and promotional activities including partnerships and Public Relations for “The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd” India office (2006 – 2012).
Later, she acquired an academic specialization to back her interest in Digital Marketing, from a renowned institution in London, before coming on board as Partner at Avant Garde Consulting in 2013.
Pooja is adept at collaborating with diverse teams across the world, and implementing high-profile, content-based, marketing programs aimed at developing the business. By way of establishing strong client relationships with a service oriented and client centric approach, Pooja creates high value customized experiences for her clients.
Accomplished in creating integrated strategies to develop new/ existing brand/ product evolution, and media endorsement using PR engagements, effective media planning and innovative marketing tools, with an in-depth understanding of the digital business, including the importance of Search, Content Marketing, SEO, SEM, Analytics, Media Planning/ Buying, Social Media & Corporate Branding in a Social world.

Kunal Munshaw

Kunal Munshaw is multifaceted professional with a strong sales and marketing background, gained through diversified experience in a variety of business sectors.
His schooling at Campion School, Mumbai and India’s leading boarding school - Mayo College Ajmer; gave Kunal a strong foundation. He has been a keen learner, an avid reader, a people's person and an extremely hands-on professional since his early years.
Having kick started his career with a brief stint at Beacon Holidays, spearheaded by his mother, Mrs. Heena Munshaw, Kunal specialized in destination marketing and then went on to join forces with Amadeus India Private Ltd. 
A star performer in Western Region Sales, Kunal formed new relationships and garnered coveted accounts - notably the Thomas Cook pan-India account, within his first 3 months working for Amadeus.
After this, he took over pan-India Sales for his family-run company Texind Corporation – the sole distributor for leading German warp-tying machine Knotex Machinenbau GMBH – where he successfully expanded the client portfolio to include the likes of Mandhana, Welspun, Raymond etc.
Kunal also discovered and marketed a premium masala tea beverage “Chai - Instant Tea” to leading International airlines such as Air France, Qantas, Virgin and to luxury boutique hotels in India, as well as in Switzerland, Paris & Kenya.
